November 2019 Meeting

SELECTMEN’S MEETING

November 18^th, 2019

Present: Edward Estabrook, Pat Miller, Glenn Williams, Selectmen, and Stephanie            McGary, Town Manger.

• Meeting opens at 6 PM by Glenn Williams.

• Minutes of October 7^th, 2019 meeting were read and accepted.

• The Treasurers Warrant was approved and signed.

• The Bank Statements and correspondence were opened, signed, and approved.

• Selectmen opened bids for property on Estabrook Rd. Highest bid went to Christopher and Jessica Morley in the amount of $6,177.77.

• Selectmen signed commitment papers for the 2019 taxes.

• Meeting closed at 6:45 PM.
