October 2018 Meeting

TOWN OF AMITY

SELECTMEN’S MEETING

October 1, 2018

Present: Glenn Williams, Edward Estabrook, Pat Miller, Selectmen,

Margaret Frye, Town Manager, and Stephanie McGary, incoming Town Manager.

1. Meeting opened at 6 PM by Glenn Williams.
   
   
2. Minutes of September 10, 2018 meeting were read and accepted.
4. The Treasurers Warrants were approved and signed.
   
   
5. The Bank Statements and correspondence were opened, signed and approved.
6. Margaret notified the Selectmen that she ordered the Winter Salt from Kingsco in Canada.
   
   
7. Ed & Glenn want to get the Bus turn around on Monument Road done this weekend, and move the stop sign on the Tracy Road.
   
   
8. No citizens present.
   
   
9. Glenn motioned to go into executive session at 6:22 PM, 2^nd by Pat. Came out at 6:45 PM.  Stephanie McGary was hired as new Town Manager, effective February 1, 2019.
   
   
10. Meeting closed at 7:00 PM
